Austin Rental Works owns the porta potties and runs its own trucks out of the Beaufort yard. We are not a broker that passes your order to another company. The same crew that drops your unit comes back to pump it, clean it and pick it up when the rental ends.

Dispatch takes your ZIP, dates, unit type and head count, then gives you a price in about 5 minutes. Calls before noon in Beaufort County can go on that day's truck. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival, and nobody has to be home if the spot is marked.

Every weekly service visit includes 6 steps: pump the tank, wash the walls and floor, disinfect touch points, add deodorizer, restock paper and refill hand sanitizer. Jobsite and monthly rentals get this visit once a week. Crews in summer heat or large crews can add a second weekly visit.

Austin Rental Works will not deliver on Sunday, promise a time we cannot keep or add a fee after you book. Sunday is our day off the road, so Sunday events get a Friday or Saturday drop and a Monday pickup. A delivery window we cannot meet gets said on the phone, not after.
