The Woods Memorial swing span stays closed to boats during weekday rush hours. Midday openings can still hold traffic for several minutes, so the driver watches the bridge and reroutes when needed.

Sams Point Road is the only road onto Coosaw Island. Coosaw jobs add a few minutes but stay inside the same-day window.

Lady's Island access issues come from three things: HOA rules in planned neighborhoods, gate passes for Dataw Island, and soft marsh ground on waterfront lots. Sort each one before delivery day and the Lady's Island drop takes about 10 minutes on site.

• HOA neighborhoods like Celadon and Coosaw Point may limit where a unit sits and how long a unit stays visible from the street. Ask the HOA before a long remodel.
• Dataw Island is privately gated. The owner or builder sets up vendor access with the gate, then gives us the name the guard expects.
• Marsh-front lots have pluff mud a few feet past the lawn. We place on firm, level ground near the drive, never on the marsh edge.
• Septic systems are common on rural Lady's Island lots. Show us the tank and drain field so the service truck stays off both.

Lady's Island renters mostly book for new homes in planned neighborhoods, dock and boat lift work on marsh lots, and fall oyster roasts. Dock crews need a unit on the land side for weeks, while an oyster roast needs units plus a hand wash station for one evening.

A standard porta potty handles most Lady's Island builds and parties. Choose a deluxe flushing unit for a lawn reception at home, an ADA-style unit when guests need step-free access, and a restroom trailer only when a Lady's Island venue has power, water and a firm lawn.

Marsh-front placement works when the unit sits on firm upland ground within about 25 feet of where the truck parks. Lady's Island lawns often turn to pluff mud within a few steps of the marsh, so we stay on the high side of the lot and stake units when wind is forecast.

Pick a flat spot that stays dry after a hard rain. If the lawn slopes toward the water, set the unit near the driveway, even if the walk is a little longer.
