When should I book seasonal porta potty rentals?
Book seasonal porta potty rentals two to four weeks ahead for spring and fall Saturdays, and 30 days or more for festivals that need a permit. Summer weekdays and winter jobs usually get same-day delivery when you call by noon. The table below shows what each month brings and how far ahead to call.

Spring brings the busiest event weekends of the first half of the year. RBC Heritage week in April fills Hilton Head, and Sea Pines admits commercial trucks only Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Spring weddings, church homecomings and graduations follow. Book Saturday events two to four weeks ahead from March through May.

How does summer heat change servicing?
Summer heat doubles the work a unit does. Beaufort's July highs average about 90°F, and the air stays muggy from May into October. For crews of 10 or more, we recommend two services a week from May through September. July festival season, including the Beaufort Water Festival, also fills downtown roads.

What do I need to know about hurricane season?
Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30, with the peak around September 10. Before a named storm, we call customers in the path to pick up or secure units, because a 200-pound unit can blow over in high wind. After the storm, cleanup crews and shelters often need same-day units.

What is busy in the fall?
Fall is oyster roast season, football tailgate season and the second wedding peak of the year. The Beaufort Shrimp Festival lands in early October, and church and family oyster roasts run through the cool months. Book fall Saturday events three to four weeks ahead, and add a hand wash station for every oyster table.

Who rents in winter?
Winter rentals go mostly to farms, hunting camps and builders. Farms prep fields and harvest winter crops, hunting clubs need a unit at the camp for the season, and builders keep working in mild Lowcountry weather. A 28-day cycle with weekly service fits a season, and billing stops when you call for pickup.

Do I need to book months ahead for a spring Saturday?
Two to four weeks ahead is usually enough for standard units on a spring Saturday. Restroom trailers and weekends during RBC Heritage week fill earlier, so book those as soon as the date is set.
Is summer service extra?
Weekly service is included in every 28-day cycle. A second weekly visit in summer is optional and shows on the quote before you add it. We recommend it for crews of 10 or more.
Can you deliver a unit for a tailgate?
Tailgates on private land fit the event package with a Friday drop and Monday pickup. School and stadium lots need permission from the property owner, so ask before you book.
Do seasonal rentals cost more in the busy months?
Prices follow the same event package and 28-day cycle rates all year. Busy months only change how far ahead you should book, not the rate.
