Drive times are from our yard on Middleton Street with normal traffic. Bridge traffic on US-278 to Hilton Head or I-26 into Charleston can add time on a Friday afternoon.

Every Beaufort County town on a bridge or road gets same-day delivery Monday through Saturday when you call by noon. Port Royal, Lady's Island and Burton sit about 10 minutes from the yard. St. Helena runs about 20 minutes, Okatie about 30, Bluffton about 40 and Hilton Head Island about 50 minutes.

Scheduled delivery means Columbia, Greenville, Myrtle Beach and other Zone 4 cities get units on a planned route day. Book event units 2 to 3 business days ahead. Jobsite units join a weekly service route, so the crew sees the same service day each week. Call by 9 AM to ask about a same-day run.

What if my ZIP is not on the list?
A ZIP that is not on the list can still get a porta potty if a truck can reach it on a route day. Call dispatch with the ZIP, dates and unit count. We will tell you the nearest route day, the delivery fee and whether a different plan makes more sense, all on one call.

Can you deliver inside gated communities and to the islands?
Austin Rental Works delivers inside most gated communities and to every island a road bridge reaches. Gated communities usually need a vendor pass or a name on the gate list before delivery day. Islands without a bridge, like Daufuskie, need a barge arranged ahead and are not on a normal route.
- Put our company name on the gate list and send us any pass rules ahead of time.
- Ask the property owners' association about placement rules. Some want units out of sight from the street.
- Bridge traffic on US-278, the Lady's Island bridges and the Harbor River bridge can slow a delivery window.
- Send a map pin for island lots and rural lanes without a street number.

Questions customers ask
Is the delivery fee the same everywhere you go?
The delivery fee is not the same everywhere. Beaufort County addresses sit at the low end because the yard is close. The fee rises for Jasper, Colleton and Hampton, rises again for the Charleston area, and is quoted by ZIP for Columbia, Greenville, Myrtle Beach and other far cities.
My jobsite is in Columbia. Will the unit still get cleaned every week?
Columbia jobsite units get cleaned every week on a set Midlands route day. The visit covers pump-out, wash-down, deodorizer and a restock of paper and sanitizer. Tell us if your crew grows, and we can add a second weekly visit.
Can you get a unit to Charleston tomorrow morning?
Next-day delivery to the Charleston area is routine when you call during business hours. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival. Call early in the day if you need it sooner, and dispatch will check whether a same-day run is open.
Do you deliver to Daufuskie Island?
Daufuskie Island has no bridge, so it is not on a normal delivery route. A drop there only happens when it is planned ahead with a barge operator. Call well before your date so we can tell you if a barge trip is possible.
How much more does it cost to deliver to Greenville or Myrtle Beach?
Greenville and Myrtle Beach delivery fees are higher than Beaufort County because the truck drives about 3 to 4 hours each way. The exact fee is quoted by ZIP. Monthly jobsite rentals spread that one-time delivery and pickup fee over the whole job.
Can one order cover units at two different towns?
One order can cover units at two towns. Each drop site gets its own line on the quote with its own delivery fee. Give dispatch both addresses and the dates for each, and we will plan the truck route to reach both.
