How does same day porta potty delivery in Beaufort SC work?
Same day porta potty delivery in Beaufort SC needs a call by noon, Monday through Saturday. Dispatch confirms your address, unit and price on that call. The order goes on the afternoon route, and the driver phones about 30 minutes before arriving. Most Beaufort, Port Royal and Lady's Island drops land within a few hours.
- Call by noon. Call (843) 268-6920 any time from 7 AM. Noon is the cutoff for that day's trucks.
- Confirm the details. Dispatch reads back the address, unit, quantity and full price, including any rush fee.
- Sign on your phone. The rental agreement arrives by text or email for an e-signature, and the card is charged.
- Truck loads at the yard. A pumped, stocked unit goes on the next truck leaving 1100 Middleton St.
- Driver calls ahead. About 30 minutes out, so your foreman or a family member can meet the truck.
- Unit placed and checked. Set level on the marked spot, door facing the way you asked.

What should I have ready when I call?
Six details make a same-day order quick: the street address or ZIP, the unit type, how many units, where the units should go, an on-site contact and any gate code. With those six answers, dispatch can price the order and book the truck in about 5 minutes, and the driver will not have to call back for directions.
- Street address and ZIP. A lot number or nearest cross street helps on new subdivisions.
- Unit type. Standard, wheelchair-accessible, deluxe flushing or a hand wash station.
- Quantity. For crews, count workers; OSHA asks for one toilet for 20 or fewer.
- Placement spot. Firm, level ground within about 25 feet of where the truck can park.
- On-site contact. Name and cell number of the foreman, homeowner or event lead.
- Gate code or pass. Gated communities like Sea Pines need a commercial pass for the truck.
My regular porta potty supplier didn't show. Can you still help today?
A no-show supplier is one of the most common reasons for a same-day order, and a morning call usually fixes the gap by afternoon. Call by noon with the crew size and address. We drop our own unit, and you can keep or cancel the other company's order without waiting on them to call back.
Crews in Bluffton and Okatie often call after a broker-run supplier misses a morning drop. Because we own the units and run our own trucks, dispatch can see the route and tell you a real arrival window on the call.
If the job will run longer than a week, ask for a monthly rental on the same call. Weekly service starts on the next route day, and you do not need a second delivery. See how the 28-day monthly rental works.
Which emergencies do you handle with same-day delivery?
Four emergencies make up most urgent calls: a failed septic system at home, broken plumbing at a business, storm cleanup crews, and shelters that need extra restrooms. Each emergency needs a different setup. A home with septic trouble needs one standard unit, while a shelter may need a restroom trailer plus hand wash stations.
Septic failure at home
One standard porta potty in the driveway keeps a family going while the septic company digs. Place the unit away from the drain field so heavy trucks can still reach the tank.
Broken plumbing at a business
A deluxe flushing unit with a sink by the back door lets a restaurant or shop stay open while the plumber works.
Storm cleanup crews
Tree crews and roofers after a storm need standard units plus a hand wash station. Monthly service can start right away if the cleanup runs for weeks.
Shelters and staging areas
Shelters need restroom trailers with water and power, plus hand wash stations. Trailers depend on that day's schedule, so call early.
Why can't you deliver on Sunday?
Sunday delivery is not offered because the yard, dispatch and drivers work Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Many gated communities also close to commercial trucks on Sundays. For a Sunday event or job, we drop the unit on Friday or Saturday and pick the unit up on Monday at no extra charge.
Plan Sunday needs by Saturday at noon. A Saturday call before noon still gets a Saturday drop, which covers a Sunday church event, a Sunday move or a crew starting Monday at dawn.
What happens if I call after noon?
Calls after noon go on the first stop of the next morning's route whenever there is room. That usually puts the unit on site between 7 AM and the middle of the morning. Some afternoon calls still get same-day delivery when a truck is already near your address, so dispatch will check before booking the next morning.
Lady's Island and downtown morning drops also have to clear the Woods Memorial swing bridge. The bridge is not opened for boats during weekday rush hours, so early trucks cross on schedule. If the bridge is open later in the day, drivers use the McTeer Bridge instead.

Questions customers ask
Can you deliver it today?
Same-day delivery runs Monday–Saturday for orders placed by noon anywhere in Beaufort County and nearby Jasper, Colleton and Hampton counties. Call (843) 268-6920, and dispatch will confirm the arrival window and price before you book.
My regular supplier didn't show — can you get one out this morning?
A morning call usually gets a unit to the site the same day, often by early afternoon in Beaufort, Port Royal and Lady's Island. Have the address, crew size and foreman's number ready so the truck can load right away.
Is there an extra charge for same-day delivery?
A same-day rush fee of about $75 may apply on days when the route is already full. Dispatch tells you before you book, and the fee shows on your quote. Many same-day orders fit an existing route and carry no rush fee.
What time will it be there?
Same-day units arrive between the end of your call and 7 PM, and most closer stops land within a few hours. The driver calls about 30 minutes ahead, so you are not stuck waiting by the road.
If I cancel after the truck leaves, do I get my money back?
Refunds stop once a same-day truck has been dispatched, because the trip is already on the road. Before dispatch, cancellation is free up to 48 hours out and 50% refunded between 48 and 24 hours.
Can I order same-day for Hilton Head?
Hilton Head is about 50 minutes from the yard and qualifies for same-day when you call by noon. Gated communities need the commercial pass arranged first, and Sea Pines does not admit commercial trucks on Sundays or listed holidays.
Can you bring a restroom trailer the same day?
Restroom trailers depend on what is already booked that day and need power and water at the site. Call as early as you can. Standard units, wheelchair-accessible units and hand wash stations are the most reliable same-day options.
