We deliver to every gated plantation and open neighborhood on Hilton Head Island, from Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes to Hilton Head Plantation and Windmill Harbour. Hilton Head gate rules decide when a porta potty can arrive. Sea Pines charges commercial vehicles a daily pass fee, limits commercial traffic to Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–7 PM, and bars trucks on Sundays and listed holidays. Palmetto Dunes requires a pass or decal for every commercial vehicle. Town events of 250+ people need a permit.

• Sea Pines: no commercial vehicles on Sundays or holidays like Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Sunday events need a Saturday drop and Monday pickup. See the Sea Pines commercial access rules.
• Palmetto Dunes: every commercial truck needs a daily pass or decal, and the POA posts commercial work hours. Check them before booking a Saturday drop.
• Town special events: events of 250+ people apply at least 30 days ahead, and the site plan must show restroom locations. Start with the Town of Hilton Head Island.
• Beachfront lots: salt wind tips light units. We stake or strap units on oceanfront sites and set them on firm sand above the dune line.

Hilton Head bookings cluster around vacation-home remodels between rental weeks, beach and plantation weddings, and RBC Heritage week each April at Harbour Town in Sea Pines. Heritage week means heavy traffic and tighter gate schedules, so private parties that week should book two to three weeks ahead.

Absentee delivery works on Hilton Head Island when three things are ready: a vendor pass under our company name, a marked spot, and a firm path within about 25 feet of the truck. Owners who live off-island set up remodel deliveries this way, and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead.

2. Mark the spot.Use a cone, flag or note. Keep the unit off pavers and irrigation heads.
3. Share a contact.Give us the builder or property manager's number in case the gate calls.

Hilton Head renters choose a standard porta potty for remodels, a restroom trailer or VIP cabin for weddings and club events, and an ADA-style unit for any permitted public event. For a beach house party, a deluxe flushing unit with a sink is the usual middle ground.
