• HOA rules: many Bluffton HOAs want jobsite units screened or set back from the street. Ask before a long build.
• Old Town: lots are small and street parking is tight around Calhoun Street and May River Road. Units on a public street need town approval.

Bluffton bookings come mainly from new-home and commercial construction along Buckwalter Parkway and SC-170, weddings at Palmetto Bluff and Old Town venues, and October's Historic Bluffton Arts & Seafood Festival weekend. Builders need weekly service, while weddings need trailers or VIP units that match the venue.
