Most jobs need one of three setups: standard units with weekly service, event units with no service, or larger event layouts with mid-event service. How does a rental run from first call to pickup?
Six steps take a rental from first call to pickup, and most customers finish the booking in one phone call of about 5 minutes. You give us the ZIP, dates, unit, quantity and crowd size. We send an e-signed agreement, the driver calls ahead, and the unit leaves when you call or on the scheduled day.
- Call or send the quote form. Give the delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity and how many people will use the units.
- Get one itemized price. Rent, delivery, pickup, any same-day fee and sales tax show on the quote before you pay.
- Sign and pay. The rental agreement is e-signed. Pay by card, or by invoice on an approved commercial account.
- Mark the spot. A cone, flag or ribbon on firm, level ground within about 25 feet of where our truck can park.
- Driver calls ahead. About 30 minutes before arrival, between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Service and pickup. Monthly units get weekly service until you call for pickup; event units leave on the scheduled day.
How far do these services reach from Beaufort?
Same-day delivery reaches all of Beaufort County plus nearby Jasper, Colleton and Hampton counties when you call by noon. Charleston-area jobs often get same-day if you call early, with next-day as the normal plan. Columbia, the Pee Dee, Myrtle Beach and the Upstate get scheduled delivery booked two to three business days ahead.

What comes with every rental?
Every rental comes with delivery, placement, pickup and a unit that arrives pumped, washed and stocked with paper and hand sanitizer. Monthly units add weekly pump-out, wash-down, disinfecting and restock. The same Beaufort crew that owns the units drives the trucks, so the person you call can see the route and answer for the driver.

Should I book a short-term or a monthly rental?
Pick a short-term rental when the unit is needed one week or less, and a monthly rental when the job runs longer. Short-term covers parties, weekend projects and quick remodels. Monthly runs on a 28-day cycle with weekly service included, which fits builds, farms and businesses that need a restroom for weeks at a time.

Questions customers ask
Do you have packages for events?
The event package covers a standard unit for up to 4 days, such as Friday drop and Monday pickup, starting from about $225 before tax in Beaufort County. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit from about $305 or a hand wash station, which costs less when it rides with a toilet order.
Do you invoice or does it go on a card?
Most rentals go on a card, and company cards are fine. Approved commercial accounts can get invoices instead. Ask for a commercial account when you book a jobsite or industrial job that will run several 28-day cycles.
Are tax-exempt groups charged sales tax?
Tax-exempt churches, schools and nonprofits are not charged sales tax when the exemption certificate reaches us before delivery. Email or text a copy when you book, and the quote will show the total without tax.
Can I mix unit types on one order?
One order can hold standard units, a wheelchair-accessible unit, hand wash stations and a deluxe flushing unit. One truck route brings the mix together, and the quote lists each unit on its own line.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before delivery. Between 48 and 24 hours you get a 50% refund. Inside 24 hours, or once a same-day truck has been dispatched, there is no refund.
Do you rent porta potties outside the Lowcountry?
Scheduled delivery reaches Columbia, Sumter, Florence, Aiken, Myrtle Beach, Rock Hill and the Upstate. Book events two to three business days ahead. Jobsite units in those areas go on a weekly service route, and the delivery fee is quoted by ZIP.
