Same-day delivery to St. Helena Island runs Monday–Saturday when you call by noon. Trucks follow Sea Island Parkway (US-21) to Frogmore, then branch out to Coffin Point, Land's End and Seaside Road. Fripp Island and Harbor Island stops take longer because the St. Helena route continues over the Harbor River Bridge.

The Harbor River Bridge opened in 2022 as a fixed span, so the old swing-bridge delays on the way to Fripp are gone. Summer beach traffic on US-21 is now the bigger factor on Saturdays.

We deliver to every part of St. Helena Island, from the Frogmore crossroads and the Penn Center area to Coffin Point, Land's End and the beach islands past the Harbor River. Gated Dataw and Fripp work once the owner sets up vendor access, and nearby Lady's Island gets the same St. Helena timing.

St. Helena Island deliveries depend on two things: gate access on Dataw and Fripp, and finding firm ground on sandy family land. Gated islands need the owner to register our truck, and long dirt lanes need a marked spot the driver can reach within about 25 feet of the truck.

• Fripp Island and Dataw Island are gated. The owner, rental manager or builder arranges the vendor pass before delivery day.
• Family land and shared lanes are common on St. Helena. Several homes may sit off one dirt lane, so put a flag or ribbon at the turn as well as at the spot.
• Sandy soil on Harbor Island and Fripp shifts under a heavy unit. We set units on the firmest level ground and stake them on windy oceanfront lots.
• Soft lanes after rain can stop a service truck. If your lane floods, choose a spot near the paved road.

St. Helena Island bookings center on family reunions, church homecomings, Penn Center Heritage Days in November, farm crews in the growing season, and beach-house remodels on Fripp and Harbor Island. Reunions need extra hand washing, while farm crews need units placed close to where hands are working.

Standard porta potties and hand wash stations cover most St. Helena Island jobs, from a field crew to a 150-guest reunion. Add an ADA-style unit for elders and wheelchair users at church or family events. Restroom trailers fit only where a St. Helena Island venue has power, water and firm, level ground.

Farm units on St. Helena Island get weekly pump-out, wash-down and restock, and we move the units between fields when you call. Tell us which field the crew starts in, where the truck can turn around, and whether the farm lanes stay firm after rain.

Field rules count toilets and hand washing per 20 workers, so a harvest crew of 30 needs two of each. Planting and harvest are the busy stretches, so line up units a week before the crew arrives.
